A. Our anesthesia providers are recruited from the clients’ local communities. Our extensive in-house recruiting and credentialing process involves selecting the most qualified anesthesia professionals based on experience, references and thorough background checks. Candidates undergo a formal interview process before they begin providing services.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our providers, we will find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible. We draw from a large pool of well-qualified providers and have a reputation for successfully placing initial anesthesia providers at facilities.

Q. How long are your contracts?

A. The start-up process takes four to five weeks in an ambulatory setting. Our certified anesthesia technologist will visit your facility to assess the requisite equipment and supplies. Thereafter, our team will be in constant communication with you to manage daily operations
